  • How do I place an order?

    Browse our collection, select your items, choose your size, and add them to your cart. Click the cart icon, review your order, and proceed to checkout by following the steps.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay.

    Is my payment secure?

    Yes, all transactions are encrypted and secure. We use SSL protocols and do not store any banking information on our servers.

    Can I modify or cancel my order?

    Once your order is confirmed, please contact us immediately at support@bugaofficiel.com . If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to modify or cancel it.

    Can I get an invoice?

    Yes, an invoice is automatically sent by email after each order. You can also download it from your customer account.

  • What are the delivery times?

    Orders are delivered within 9 to 14 business days. This timeframe includes order processing (1-2 days) and shipping (8-12 days).

    Do you deliver worldwide?

    Yes, BUGA delivers worldwide: Europe, America, Africa, Asia and Oceania.

    What are the delivery charges?

    • FREE shipping: Europe and America

    • Paid delivery: Africa (fees calculated automatically based on your address and the weight of the package)


    How can I track my order?

    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to locate your package in real time.

    I haven't received my order, what should I do?

    If your order does not arrive within the stated timeframe, please contact us at support@bugaofficiel.com with your order number. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

    Can I change the delivery address?

    Contact us immediately after placing your order. If the package has not yet been shipped, we can change the address.

  • What is your return policy?

    You have 14 days from receipt to return an item, without giving a reason. Items must be new, unworn, and with all tags attached.

    How do I return an item?

    Contact us at support@bugaofficiel.com with your order number and the item in question. We will send you return instructions.

    Who pays the return shipping costs?

    Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.

    Can I exchange an item?

    No, we do not offer direct exchanges. You must return the item for a refund, then place a new order for the desired size or style.

    When will I be reimbursed?

    Once your return has been received and validated, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

    Which items cannot be returned?

    For hygiene reasons, opened underwear and personal accessories cannot be returned.

    Do your clothes run large or small?

    Our garments are true to size. Each product description includes exact measurements and fitting advice (oversized, fitted, regular).

    Are the items unisex?

    Many of our pieces are designed to be worn by everyone. This is specified in each product description.

    What is the composition of your products?

    We primarily use premium cotton, recycled polyester, and sustainable materials. The exact composition is listed on each product page.

    How do I care for my BUGA clothing?

    Care instructions are on each item's label. Generally: machine wash at 30°C, air drying recommended, iron at low temperature.

    Do you offer restocking services?

    BUGA collections are often limited edition. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to be notified of restocks and new collections.

  • Do I need to create an account to place an order?

    No, you can order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your addresses, and access exclusive offers.

    How do I create an account?

    Click on "My Account" at the top of the page and follow the instructions. You can also create an account when you place your first order.

    I forgot my password

    Click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page. You will receive an email to reset your password.

    How do I change my personal information?

    Log in to your account, go to "Settings" or "My Profile" to edit your information.

  • How do I use a promo code?

    Add your items to your cart, then enter your promo code in the designated field before confirming your order. The discount will be applied automatically.

    Can I combine multiple promo codes?

    No, only one promo code can be used per order.

    My promo code isn't working, why?

    Check the expiry date, the terms of use (minimum purchase amount), and that the code is entered correctly. Contact us if the problem persists.
