Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Times

United States: 3 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer during sales periods due to high order volume.
Europe: 9 to 14 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer during sales periods due to high order volume.
International: 12 to 17 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer during sales periods due to high order volume.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered under certain promotional conditions (see banner or homepage).

2. Returns and Exchanges

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
No returns will be accepted after the legal return period.

Return Procedure

Send an email to support@bugaofficiel.com specifying your order number and the items concerned.
Wait for return confirmation and the return address.
Ship the package in secure packaging.

Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to the postal address indicated on the shipping label found on the packaging.
If you are returning an item valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges. Simply return the item concerned and place a new order on the website.

3. Defective Products or Order Errors

In the event of a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@bugaofficiel.com. We will cover the replacement or refund at no additional cost.
